Oomoto Meditation

Yes, this is a very simple assemblage. It is built from
metal pieces I brought back from my visit to Oomoto in Kameoka, Japan. This
temple/school is an amazingly spiritual place of contemplation, poetry, tea
ceremony and ritual.
I particularly like the muted greenish blue colour, and
the energy of rusty metal. The grid is enhanced by the focusing
arcs and the central boss of a copper hexagon.
The calming effect of this arrangement is exactly what
I had hoped in building it--a most uncommon result!
